Account information: When you sign in via Google or email, we receive your email address, display name, and profile picture.
Usage data: We record which coins you research, macro analysis runs you trigger, and search queries you submit. This is used to improve our signal engine and is never sold to third parties.
Payment data: Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. We receive subscription status and renewal dates from Stripe.
Analytics: We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand platform usage. These tools may use cookies.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To manage your account and subscription
- To track prediction accuracy and build our research data moat
- To send renewal reminders and service communications
- To detect abuse and protect platform integrity
We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data Storage
Your data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in Singapore and Mumbai regions. Payments are handled by Stripe (USA). Analytics are processed by Google and Microsoft (USA). By using AlphaDeck, you consent to cross-border data transfer under applicable laws.
5. Cookies
AlphaDeck uses cookies for authentication session management, analytics tracking, and user preference storage. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not function correctly.
6. Your Rights
You may request to access, delete, or export your data. To exercise these rights, contact us at contact@alphadeck.pro.
7. Data Retention
We retain account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is removed within 30 days.
